Larry Chen Founder, President and CEO, and Director

Mr. Larry Chen has over 10 years university teaching and professional training experience. He has been practicing technology-enhanced education for more than 8 years. As a professional learning system and courseware designer, millions of copies his products has been sold. As the President and CEO of the company, Mr. Chen has been leading the company to grow rapidly since 1998. In addition to be an experienced executive, Mr. Chen continues his research of technology-enhanced education, especially focusing on Blended Language Learning. He and his team successfully designed and developed the first Flexible Blended English Learning Solution CMEX, which is approved to be a unique and efficient English learning solution. Mr. Chen received his M.S. degree from National University of Defense Technology.

James Zhu Vice President and CTO, and Director

Dr. James Zhu has served as a Senior Management Consultant of Cursor-Media since 2001 and joined the company in 2004. Dr. Zhu was the CEO of iCOM-Soft before he joins Cursor-Media. Prior to joining iCOM-Soft, Dr. Zhu was a senior R&D Manager of Telcordia Technologies Inc. (formerly, BELLCORE). Dr. Zhu has over 15 years software development and management experience in the Internet and Telecommunication industry. Dr. Zhu received his Ph.D. degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Hung Fei Chan Director and Vice President

Mr. Chan was appointed as Director and Vice President of the Company in October 2005. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Chan was Corporate Service Director of South China Group, a Hong Kong public listed company. Before South China Group, he was Director and General Manager of Vision (Shenzhen) Business Park Co. Ltd., a property development company situated in Shenzhen High-Tech Industrial Park. From 1989 to 2002, Mr. Chan had held senior positions in a number of public listed companies and international law firms in Australia and Hong Kong. Mr. Chan received his Master of Laws degree from the University of Melbourne. He is a lawyer qualified to practice law both in Australia and China.

Eytan Levy Vice Chairman of the board

Mr. Eytan Levy has served as Vice Chairman of the board since 2000. He is the Chairman of E.B.L Holdings Ltd. Mr. Levy is an experienced investor. He has invested several companies in Europe, Israel, Greece, and Asia.

Louis Woo Senior Management Consultant, former Director

Dr. Louis Woo served as an executive director of Cursor-Media from 2001-2004. He retired from the board in July 2004 but continue to be a senior management consultant of the company. Dr. Woo was the CEO of CyberCity Investment. Prior to joining CyberCity, he was president and general manager of Asia Pacific at Lernout & Hauspie (“L&H”). He worked at Apple Computers for 12 years. Dr. Woo received his Ph.D. degree from Stanford University. He has taught at State University of New York at Albany, University of Chicago and Stanford University.

Joe St. Clair Chairman of Academic Quality Control Committee

Mr. Joe St. Clair is the Chairman of Academic Quality Control Committee at Cursor-Media. Mr. Clair has over 30 years of professional training experience. Mr. Clair leads to design and implement the “Process Control Model” to support the training operation service. Prior to joining Cursor-Media, Mr. Clair was Northeast Region Program Manager at IBM Corporation. Mr. Clair received a B.A. in business administration from St. Michael's College.

Wei Zhou General Manager of Cursor-Media Software, and Director

Mr. Wei Zhou has served as a Senior Management Consultant of Cursor-Media since 2001 and joined the company in 2004. Prior to joining Cursor-Media, Mr. Zhou was Vice President of Marketing at iCOM-Soft Technologies Inc. He has over 10 years marketing and sales experience in both U.S.A. and China. Mr. Zhou received his M.S. degree from Beihang University.

Qiang Lv General Manager of Cursor-Media Professional Training

Mr. Lv is the General Manager of Cursor-Media Professional Training. From 2000 to 2003, he served as the manager of business development division and the operation director at Cursor-Media Professional Training. Prior to joining Cursor-Media, Mr. Lv was vice president of ShenZhen Legen Trading Ltd. Mr. Lv has over 15 years of business management and professional training experience. Mr. Lv received his M.S. degree from Northeast University.
